1. Subscription Terms
By subscribing to Botely Platform, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for your chosen plan. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes to your plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
2. Payment Authorization
By providing a payment method, you authorize Botely Platform to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for unused subscription periods. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@botelyplatform.com. Refund decisions are made at our discretion and typically processed within 5-10 business days.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time, which will cancel your subscription and remove your data after a 30-day grace period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Botely Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to engage in illegal activities, distribute malware, violate intellectual property rights, or interfere with other users' access to the service. We reserve the right to define and enforce acceptable use policies.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of Botely Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
