Overview
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for unused subscription periods. We want you to be satisfied with Botely Platform, and we are committed to fair resolution of any billing concerns.
Eligibility
Refund requests are typically considered when submitted within 14 days of a charge and for unused portions of a subscription period. Usage-based add-on credits that have already been consumed are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@botelyplatform.com with your account email and a brief description of the reason for your request. Include any relevant transaction details to help us process your request faster.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription will prevent future charges and allow you to use the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like a refund in addition to cancellation, please submit a separate refund request.
